Ergonomic Guidelines

There are several risk factors (posture, repetition, force, contact stress, static posture and individual variation) that can increase the potential to develop disorders of the muscles, nerves, tendons, and vertebral discs (Musculoskeletal Disorders, MSD). The more factors involved and the greater exposure to each, the higher the risks.
