Proprietary Information/Trade Secrets

Many laboratories and process units conduct proprietary research which may contain BP trade secrets. All proprietary SDSs, SOPs, P&IDs and other information should be maintained in a secure manner. This exception in no way exempts any laboratory or process unit from maintaining health and safety information within the requirements of OSHA regulation.
