Contractor

If you are a contractor, you need to:

• Make sure all visitors and new contractor employees receive the site Life Safety Orientation before starting work;
• Report to your employer of any injury and illness;
• Complete Passport Training if applicable;
• Contact your employer for office ergonomics evaluation if applicable;
• Follow the procedure for bringing chemicals on site;
• Know the permit required activities and procedures;
• Understand the hazads in the work area and follow the procedures;
• Conduct Task Safety Analysis (TSA) and wear proper personal protective equipment;
• Report environmental or health allegations using form 48-600;
• Complete all compliance tasks that apply to you by the due date; and
• Read the yellow tag for hazard information before performing a task in the hazardous area.
