Office Worker

If you work in an office, you need to:

  • Be responsible for visitors
  • Comply with Office Safety;
  • Understand what is the recommended posture and workstation set up (office ergonomics) when working at your computer;
  • Conduct an ergonomic self-assessment and implement the recommendations; 
  • Read warning labels on consumer products, and contact HSSE if you want to know more about the hazards of chemicals; 
  • Pay attention to warning signs; 
  • Report any work related injury and/or illness
  • Report environmental or health allegations using form 48-600
  • Contact the Medical Department (x5675 or 420-5675) if you plan to travel abroad; and
  • Contact Service Insight for indoor air quality concerns.
