Alcohol Consumption at Company Functions

BP’s Substance Abuse Policy prohibits the unauthorized possession of alcohol at any BP workplace. Due to this policy, employees wishing to serve alcohol at a company sponsored event held at a BP Facility may do so only with prior approval.  The form below will assist you in your request.

To request authorization:

1. Complete the Alcohol Variance Request Form .
2. Fax the completed form to the IISN Manager, Food Services at 420-5352.
3. The IISN Manager, Food Services will obtain the authorization required from the appropriate Site Manager.
4. As the requestor, you will be notified the status of your request.
Authorization is needed at a minimum, 72 hours prior to the date of the event. Please allow sufficient time to process your request.
